No. We are available to undertake projects in different locations, subject to the scope and requirements of each commission. For projects outside our regular service area, travel, accommodation, site coordination, and collaboration with local consultants may be arranged as part of the professional service agreement.

Our services may include coordination with engineers, specialist consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities. The exact level of project management and site involvement will be clearly defined in the appointment agreement.

Yes. We are able to collaborate with an existing architect, interior designer, contractor, engineer, or specialist consultant appointed by the client. Before commencing work, the responsibilities, deliverables, communication procedures, and scope of each party will be clearly established to ensure efficient coordination throughout the project.

Yes. Consultation-only services are available for clients who require professional advice without appointing us for a complete design service. Consultations may include design reviews, layout assessments, space planning, material recommendations, project feasibility, design direction, or advice on specific architectural and interior matters.

Professional fees vary depending on the project type, size, complexity, location, programme, scope of service, and required deliverables. Fees may be calculated as a fixed sum, a rate per square metre, a percentage of the estimated construction cost, or a consultation fee. A detailed fee proposal will be prepared after the project brief and service requirements have been reviewed.

The project duration depends on its scale, complexity, approval requirements, design development, client decision-making, and construction conditions. Following the initial consultation, we will prepare a preliminary programme outlining the anticipated timeframe for each stage. The schedule will be reviewed and updated as the project progresses to reflect approvals, coordination, procurement, and construction requirements.
