The design fee covers RAD's professional services — drawings, engineering, and coordination. Your construction cost (paid to a contractor) is a separate and much larger budget. Both figures are discussed at your initial consultation.
BUILDING PERMITS
FOR RAD READY!
Municipal building permit application is not included in RAD Ready. You may submit this independently, or ask us about adding it as a service. RAD Studios includes full permit submission.
